The Project de Urbanização do Alto do Lumiar (PUAL) is the largest property development project currently in progress in Portugal, and one of the largest in Europe, with a total operation area of approximately 300 hectares which corresponds to a gross construction area of 2,816.051 sqm (approx. 20,750 dwellings).
SGAL, Sociedade Gestora da Alta de Lisboa, S.A. is the entity responsible for the management and development of the PUAL .
PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
The PUAL development concept was elaborated by the Spanish architect Eduardo Leira and is similar to the concept used in Avenidas Novas. PUAL is adapted to the needs of the next century with spacious green areas, parks, easy accesses and support infrastructures.
